Hi Ashur,
It's a pretty bottle, most likely from the 1960s. The 1909 date on the back refers to the date a law was introduced, not to the vintage of the Armagnac. 1909 saw the a proper delineation of the different Armagnac regions.

That means your bottle is just a V.S.O.P. grade Armagnac, the second lowest grade. There's little demand for non-vintage Armagnac and the expected value of the bottle would 40 to 50 euros.
